Shipping

We currently deliver to trade customers only, across mainland UK and the Channel Islands*. Orders over £100 (ex VAT) come with free delivery. For orders under that amount, there’s a small delivery charge of £5.99.

We’ve partnered with DPD to handle our deliveries, as they offer the best service, full tracking, and delivery alerts so you always know exactly where your order is. Orders are currently dispatched to arrive day 1 for day 3, and from January 2026, we’ll be moving to next-day delivery. We’re committed to getting better and better, so you can always rely on us.

We’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly, and we’ll send you tracking details once it’s on the way so you can keep an eye on it.

Returns & Issues

We hope everything arrives just as expected, but if something’s missing or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Just drop us an email or give us a call, and we’ll look into it straight away to put things right.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept claims made after this 48-hour window, so please do check your order as soon as it arrives.
